World Pharmaceutical (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company, consisting of Haikang Pharmaceutical (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Anqing World Chemical Co., Ltd., Anqing Proud Import & Export Co., Ltd. and Anqing Xuanyu Medical & Technology Co., Ltd. Anhui Haikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and located in High-tech industry park, Anqing City, Anhui Province---a famous historical and cultural city in China, adjacent to SINOPEC Anqing Branch. This industry park has been declared as a national chemical industry park, providing strong impetus and solid guarantee for the future development of us. As a production base, Anhui Haikang provides sufficient high-quality pharmaceutical and chemical products for us; Anqing World Chemical Co., Ltd. has 4-6 designated cooperative production bases across the country to provide a stable supply of raw materials for us; Anqing Proud Import & Export Co., Ltd. opens up the international market for us.; Anqing Xuanyu Medical & Technology Co., Ltd. screens reliable technologies and cooperative R&D units for us and undertakes the mission of developing new products.
We are a high-tech enterprise that produces anti-viral, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, anti-allergic and other biological raw materials as well as advanced intermediates. Our company’s predecessor is Zhejiang Wuyi Jiayuan Pharmaceutical Materials Co., Ltd., which owned more than 20 years of experience in the production of antiviral, diabetes and antitumor raw materials. After nearly 10 years developed, we currently have 25 R&D teams, quality department personnel and EHS management personnel, as well as more than 50 production management and workers. We cooperated with Zhejiang University、Zhejiang University of Technology、Anhui University、China Medicine University and Anqing University, as undergraduate and postgraduate practice base to provide talent reserve for our company.
We possesses perfect safety, environmental protection and quality system. Now it has built a warehouse of 5000 square meters, a synthesis workshop of 1000㎡ and 4 production lines, 500㎡ of D-class purification workshop, 500㎡ of R&D building, 1300㎡ of office buildings, 1300㎡of quality department meeting GMP requirements, and construction of 5000m³ of sewage treatment plants. Treat 100 tons of sewage everyday. Building complete waste gas treatment facilities, and construct complete public works. We completed “First-stage Project” safety and environmental impact assessment work acceptance in June, 2017; get Sewage Discharge Permission in December, 2017; completed inspection of occupational health prevention and treatment in April, 2018; successful passed “Three-level safety production standardization” review in June, 2018; obtained a pharmaceutical production license at the end of 2019 which provides a strong foundation for the transformation and upgrading of World Pharmaceutical(Anhui) Co., Ltd.
We plan to invest and construct “Second-stage Project” in 2021, to build two workshops with a total area of 10,000㎡, a finished product warehouse of 4,000㎡, and a research and development building of 2,600㎡. Increasing the volume of sewage treatment by 4000m³, adding the fire fighting and circulating pools by 1500m³, and the production value of the second phase is expected to reach 250 million yuan.
